Apprenticeship Levy

From April, those employers with a £3m payroll, will be paying 0.5% as a levy. This will give them a pot of money to fund training within their company, if it isn't used, it will be lost.

Each person is comprehensively supported throughout their learner journey, using Rushmore's unique blended approach of regular face-to-face tutoring, linked with access to the latest electronic learning support, which can be accessed on a range of devices.

Blended Learning

Where a test is involved, as with Maths and English, these tests are only arranged when learners have acquired the necessary skills AND confidence through practice tests. Testing can be conducted on-site, where learners feel more comfortable within their own business surroundings.
